By downloading, installing, or using Clari, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.
Clari is a personal wellness tracking application designed for perimenopause and menopause symptom tracking. All data you enter is stored locally on your device. Clari does not transmit, store, or process your data on external servers.
Clari is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The information, insights, pattern reports, and GP Appointment Summaries generated by Clari are for informational and personal tracking purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for any health concerns or before making decisions about your health or treatment.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into Clari. You are also responsible for maintaining the security of your device, including keeping your device passcode or biometric lock enabled to protect your locally stored health data.
Clari offers an optional Clari Pro subscription that unlocks additional features. Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and conditions. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings.
Clari Pro subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device's subscription settings (App Store or Google Play).
Clari does not process refunds directly. All refunds are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store under their respective refund policies. To request a refund from Apple, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. To request a refund from Google Play, visit support.google.com/googleplay. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
All content, design, branding, and code within Clari is owned by Clari and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app without prior written permission.
Clari is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app, including but not limited to data loss resulting from device failure, app removal, or any reliance on the information provided by Clari.
All data is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app or resetting your device will permanently delete all Clari data, including symptom logs, medication records, notes, and settings. We strongly recommend regularly exporting your data using the export feature in Settings. We cannot recover data once it has been deleted.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer in your country of residence.
Clari is intended for users aged 18 and over. By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Clari after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
