Perimenopause & menopause tracker
Walk into your GP appointment with proof, not just a feeling.
Clari is a private symptom tracker. Check in in under a minute a day, see the patterns behind how you feel, and turn months of symptoms into one clear summary for your GP.
- Free to download
- No account needed
- Your health data stays on your phone

How it works
Three steps. A minute a day.
Check in
Tap the symptoms you felt today. Each tap fills the moon, from mild to moderate to severe. Add mood, energy, triggers and a note if you like.
See your patterns
Your calendar, trends and possible triggers build themselves as you log, so you can see what is actually happening over weeks and months.
Share with your GP
Before your appointment, create a GP Appointment Summary of the last 30, 60 or 90 days and share it as a PDF.
The daily check-in
Less than a minute.
Every symptom that matters.
No forms and no medical jargon. Tap a symptom once for mild, again for moderate, again for severe. The moon on each tile fills as it gets stronger, so you can see your day at a glance.

Patterns and insights
See what you'd never spot day to day.
Perimenopause rarely follows a neat pattern. Clari lays your days side by side so the shape of it becomes clear.
- A calendar of moons. Every logged day shows how hard it was, so good and bad weeks stand out.
- Mood and energy trends. Watch how they rise and dip across 30, 60 or 90 days.
- Possible triggers. See which triggers turn up most on your harder days.
- Your notes, kept together. The small details you would otherwise forget by the time you see your GP.

GP Appointment Summary
Months of symptoms, in one clear summary.
Appointments are short, and it's hard to remember how the last three months really felt. Clari sets it all out in a format made for that conversation.
- Your symptoms, by how often and how severe they were, and whether they are rising, easing or steady
- Your most common triggers
- Medication and HRT adherence, day by day
- Mood and energy over time
- Your own notes, in your own words
Sharing the summary as a PDF is part of Clari Pro. You can preview a sample in the app first.
Medications and HRT
Keep track of HRT, gently.
Add your HRT and any other medications, choose a reminder time, and tap to mark each dose taken or skipped. Clari keeps the history, so you and your GP can see how consistent it has been.
Clari does not give dosage advice. Always follow your prescriber's instructions.

Who is Clari for?
Anyone aged 18 or over who is going through perimenopause, menopause or the years after it, and wants to understand their symptoms. Whether things are just starting or you have been living with them for years, Clari works the same way: a short daily check-in and a clear record you can share.
Is my health data private?
Yes. Everything you log in Clari (symptoms, notes, mood, medications and your profile) is stored on your phone, not on our servers. There is no account, no sign-up and no analytics in the app. If you subscribe to Clari Pro, Apple or Google take the payment and RevenueCat manages the subscription using an anonymous ID. You can read the details in our Privacy Policy.
Is Clari free?
Clari is free to download, and the daily check-in, reminders, medication tracking, your last 14 days on the calendar and symptom trends are all free. Clari Pro is an optional monthly or annual subscription that adds sharing your GP Appointment Summary as a PDF, every insight card and your full calendar history. Prices are shown in the app before you subscribe, and you can cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play settings.
What can I track?
30 symptoms across body, mind, sleep and cycle, from hot flashes and brain fog to joint pain and low libido. You can also log possible triggers (and add your own), your mood and energy out of 10, bleeding and spotting, a note for the day, and your HRT or other medications.
How does the GP Appointment Summary work?
Clari turns what you have logged over the last 30, 60 or 90 days into a clear summary: your symptoms by how often and how severe they were, whether they are rising or easing, your most common triggers, medication adherence, mood and energy over time, and your own notes. With Clari Pro you can share it as a PDF to print, email or show on your phone. Anyone can preview a sample summary first.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Download Clari, open it and start your first check-in. No email address, username or password, ever.
What happens if I change phone or delete the app?
Because your data lives only on your phone, deleting the app deletes your data too. To keep it safe, go to Settings, then Back Up My Data, and save the file to Files, iCloud or Google Drive. On your new phone, use Restore from Backup in Settings and choose that file. How to back up and restore.
Is Clari a medical device?
No. Clari is a personal tracking tool. It does not diagnose, treat or give medical advice, and it does not tell you what dose to take. It helps you keep an accurate record so your conversations with your GP or specialist are easier.
Does Clari work on Android?
Yes. Clari is available on iPhone from the App Store and on Android from Google Play.
